I believe fitness should be three things: approachable, accessible, and fun! Working out doesn’t have to be boring or intimidating, and I’m here to help you find what makes you want to move and feel your best.

I currently offer one-on-one training both virtually and in-person, as well as small group in-person sessions.

About Me

I received my B.S. in Sport Management from Rutgers University in 2018 and M.S. in Global Sports Business in 2023. I have over twelve years of experience as a competitive figure skater in both a national and international arena, and with my own successes and failures paving my path to become a personal trainer, I intend on using my experience to help others achieve their healthiest life.

 

Growing up as an athlete, I always had a fierce desire for competition, while recognizing the hard work and dedication it takes to set and achieve goals. That being said, I am passionate about creating unique routines that are sustainable for each of my clients.

 

My style of training is targeted with a focus on functionality. In just 45 minutes we will get a sweat going with efficient exercises that make you feel stronger both physically and mentally.
